The scene starts with the camera focusing on the mirror, slowly zooming in on it. Whilst the camera is zooming in there are quick flashes of the corpse's body (different parts), Rosemary, colleague, news headlines, Tv news, etc...
You see the reflection through the mirror of the door opening, it then pans round to the door creaking as it opens more, it then quickly flashes back to the mirror to find Rosemary Bloggs stood there, saying "What have you done?"
Title then appears.
